Great victory at the Ewe Camp on a rotten night. different rules for one club in Scotland

It was a horrendous journey up to Aberdeen yesterday afternoon, I don’t think it stopped raining the whole trip. Added to that there were roadworks all over the place, it was really bad coming out of the Perth Bridge, rain, darkness, and massive traffic jams don’t make for a pleasant journey. I don’t understand why the traffic cones aren’t painted green & white, because as Celtic Supporters, we see plenty of cones on our journeys all around Scotland.

The weather didn’t help the travelling, it certainly didn’t help Celtic play our normal expansive fast football, but it does help knuckle dragger’s like Shinnie and Nilsen in the Aberdeen team. And as per usual referee Don Robertson gives them about five fouls each before he takes action. The way Robertson handled the match you would think the dirtiest player in Scotland was Daizen Maeda, almost every challenge made by Daizen was give as a foul to Aberdeen. For instance, the disallowed goal from Paulo Bernardo’s corner was given as a foul against Daizen, I may be wrong, but what I saw was Daizen standing his ground in front of Doohan, not fouling the Don’s keeper.

So it was worth the journey to be able to continue our form at the “Ewe Camp”. Another clean sheet for Kasper and his defence, and another three points secured. Forty-one goals for in fourteen games, with only four against, that is magnificent attacking and defending, and every player is playing his part, so well done to all, and especially to Brendan and his staff. We now have three home games out of our next four League games, with a trip to Tannadice wedged in there, and an away trip to Zagreb in the Champions League.

We also have the League Cup Final next Sunday afternoon, I would hope that will herald the start of our ninth treble, another “World Record” for the Famous Glasgow Celtic. One baffling situation cropped up on the internet, it would appear that no date has been set for the Tribunal to settle the price Sevco must pay Aberdeen for the transfer of Connor Barron, this guy has been at the Deid Club for six months, played every game for them, and they still haven’t paid Aberdeen for his transfer. What are the SFA/SPL playing at? What are Aberdeen playing at by letting it continue? Surely if you sign a player in these circumstances, he shouldn’t be allowed to play until the transfer fee is settled, I don’t think any other team in Scotland would be allowed such leeway.
Glasgow’s still Green & White.
