The Association has changed dramatically over these years, at one time the only place you could get a ticket for an away game was through the Association; I well remember the scramble for tickets when we played Leeds Utd at Elland Road in 1970; I was lucky, I got one (second oot the bunnet in the ballot). The Association was handling over £1m worth of tickets a season, until wee Fergus decided to have his own ticket office, and the rest as they say is history.[/SIZE:17aa2198]

[SIZE=3:17aa2198]Until recently most fans went to the match on the local Celtic supporters bus, but its becoming more common now for three or four fans to get together and go by car; or by public transport, stopping at a few pubs on the way, and this has led to a deterioration of the Supporters Clubs as we knew them.[/SIZE:17aa2198]
