"Celtic Fans put Proposals to Celtic and the SFA"
What chance do we have if the Chief Executive of Scottish Football doesn’t know the rules? Or is it a case of Gordon Smith using his own form of interpretation? He informed us that the rules of FIFA state the referees word is final, absolute nonsense; no where in FIFA rules does it state that; if it did then the English Premier League would be breaking the rules.
What is needed in Scotland is a complete overhaul of the rules and regulations within the Scottish game. We are not asking for special treatment for Celtic; we are asking; no change that; we are demanding rules that are transparent; rules that take away from the referee the one and only say WHEN REVIEWING any incident; and most importantly there must be accountability, like in any other walk of life; if someone continues to get it wrong they must be removed from their position; we are talking about decisions that have multi-million pound consequences for a team like Celtic; and certainly were major contributing factors in Tony Mowbray and his assistants losing their jobs.
What are we doing about it? Well today we have sent a proposal to Celtic’s Chief Executive Peter Lawwell; it gives 100% support to Celtic’s call for change in matters dealing with discipline. It also sends a message that the Celtic support has lost all confidence in the SFA to deal impartially and with total honesty. It also points out the financial input of the Celtic support; not only to Celtic Football Club; but indeed to all the clubs in Scotland; and while we wouldn’t think of doing anything which would affect Celtic financially, the same cannot be said of the other clubs; so be warned.[/SIZE:dfcf1e76][/SIZE:dfcf1e76]

The campaign for justice has started; it requires the 100% support of all Celtic fans; everyone has a part to play. We must make sure that the people in authority within Scottish Football get the message that we have turned the other cheek for the last time; we will no longer stand idly by and watch our great club being cheated, and our fans being treated like second class citizens.[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]
Hail Hail, Keep the Faith.[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]

Dear Peter,[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]
1 We the undersigned welcome the approach Celtic have made to the SFA re disciplinary matters as we believe it reflects the mood of Celtic supporters everywhere and as expressed at the latest Open Meeting of supporter groups.[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]
[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]
2. As a result of evidence accumulated during this football season 2009/10, the Celtic support in all forms, who are major contributors to the financial* well being of the game in Scotland, have lost confidence in the ability of the Scottish Football Association (SFA) to administer professional football in Scotland in manner that reflects their duty of care to all aspects of the game and everyone who takes part in it.[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]
[/SIZE:dfcf1e76]
3. That loss of confidence has increased significantly as a result of the SFA’s response to Celtic from Gordon Smith justifying the status quo on disciplinary matters relating to appeals and the use of the Review Panel, with an interpretation of FIFA rules that appears misleading, self serving and inaccurate. Re: "Celtic Fans put Proposals to Celtic and the SFA"
Disgusted by the officials this season - The entire set of the the SFA/SPL hierarchy is an utter disgrace and its stinks - Celtic fans represent 33% of the league - lets ALL get behind this a drive change - we have had enough!

Just what are you trying to imply Gert, this is stage one of the campaign; its up to the authorities how far we have to go; but i'm prepared for the whole road.

Re: "Celtic Fans put Proposals to Celtic and the SFA"
great work joe, and possibly the way forward
are we gonna be boycotting the huns away games too?
a pointless exercise if we just boycott the diddy teams (our away crowd hasn't been the best this year anyway for obvious reasons) and not the bigger ones such as the huns
with the world watching and 1/4 of castle greyskull empty people would ask why and we could educate them on the struggle
