Celtic Supporters' Clubs in East Asia and Thailand

We are in the process of establishing a Celtic Supporters' club here in Hua Hin Thailand.
Does anyone know of any other Celtic Supporters' clubs in Thailand? Our plan is to make a national network and sub-regional confederation. There used to be notifications from Hong Kong and Singapore on the official Celtic web site, but no longer appear to be registered.
We will be setting up base at The Celtic Inn which will open officially on 6th November.
Any information would be very much appreciated.
