I spoke to Peter this morning regarding the unemployed, he thinks it would be hard to moniter it was being used legally, i know he has had a lot of problems with the child tickets.
I've said to him if there is a shortfall in sales it might be worth looking at it.
He definately agrees we should be doing something to help out the long term sick and unemployed, it might be something that would have to be done through the Association or the Affiliation.
I'll look into it and see if i can come up with a system they would agree to.
