For the last ten years or so the Celtic Supporters Association has been holding its annual Memorial Mass in St Michael's Church at Parkhead Cross,in those ten years Fr Francis O'Rourke has made us most welcome, his preaching of the Gospel, his homilies and kind words for the Celtic supporters and Celtic Football Club have been greatly appreciated. This year, after fifty three years in the Priesthood Fr Francis is retiring,in paying tribute to that remarkable achievement, the Association have dedicated a Walfrid Well in his Honour,we would like to thank Fr Francis for all he has done for us,and we wish him a happy, holy, and healthy retirement, may God Bless Him.

The Association would like to thank most sincerely ,Jim McGinty for the wonderful donation of £1400 towards the Walfrid Well's,Jim is a lifelong Celtic fan from Burntisland in Fife, and every year does something extraordinary for charity,it usually involves something dangerous, like hiking the Amazon,or jumping out of an aeroplane, this year Jim climbed the famous mountain,"Kilimonjaro"we wish Jim every success for his next project, whatever it may be,I'm sure no matter how dangerous it is,Brother Walfrid will be watching over him.

Joe O'Rourke,
General Secretary
