[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]Although I was disappointed not to get a victory on Saturday, I was delighted with the display of our young players; the future certainly looks very bright with these young players coming through our squad.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]It is always good to strengthen the squad and Neil has done that with the signings of Kamenar, Ambrose, Miku, and Lassad (hopefully with no interference from Levante) they will certainly be needed in the Champions league.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]I believe the way forward for us in the SPL has to be to bring our own young players through, the days of £6 million players coming in has long gone, our whole business plan depends on our own supporters, we cannot survive on the money we get from television.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]We have a terrific group of young players capable of playing first team football, bhoys like Adam Mathews, James Forrest, Victor Wanyama, Dylan Mc Geouch, Tony Watt, and Filip Twardzik can all become Celtic Legends.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]These bhoys will be ably guided by the senior players like Scott Brown, Charlie Mulgrew, and Joe Ledley, not exactly pension age either.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]Lenny will probably want to play his strongest team in the Champions League, and then make a few changes in the domestic matches, that would be the perfect set-up.Obviously with making changes there will be hick-ups along the way, just like Saturday, but they don’t hand out any trophies in September; so need to fret too much.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]We assupporters have our part to play, we need to turn up and give the young players as much encouragement as possible, we need to show them that there is no greater arena to play football than Celtic Park; all the European greats have said so.

[COLOR=#000000:6563bced]Some of these young bhoys are going to get the chance to sample the atmosphere at Celtic Park on a Champions League night against some of the world’s greatest players, and the same players will get the chance to see and listen to the world’s greatest supporters.
